Andrea was born and raised in Melbourne, but moved to south Gippsland, Victoria, Australia in 1983 to pursue a career as an Art Teacher. After majoring in Painting during her Bachelor of Education training, her passion for the Textile Arts grew once Textiles became part of the subjects she taught. She now happily works from her studio that takes in views of the family olive grove, pasture land and the Strzelecki Ranges.
